did not bring enough top soil or sod . I had to help lay the last bit of sod because it was getting dark. the last man laying sod was a truck driver. said he just missed the measurements. really!

wanted more color and more flowers. told owner no red, they gave me red. had a 50 gal rain container installed with rain gutters to direct rain off roof. i paid $150 for container....there was a "FREE" sdticker on container that installer riped off, after i saw it. asked about the gutter amount, they put less up there. asked to keep one plant in flower bed that was already there, they took it out. installed pipes, that i can now see above mulch. plants plated too high, fresh dirt and mulch is below plant ball. 2 employees sitting around waiting for the3rd employee to come with supplies. Owner never came back to see if I was happy.

This company was honost. They came and gave me a cost for the job and no hassel. I could take my time to decide and if I wanted it done I could let them know. The money spent was worth it. The grass sod looks good for the moneys worth.

They offered the best quote and did exactly what we needed the next day after hiring them. The manager called during the day to check on the progress and came by to check it himself towards evening. They had to let it dry before finishing and came back at 8:00 p.m. to finish the job. You can't get any better service that this.

Agreed to sales estimate for work to be done. Not inexpensive but I expected a quality job. I did not get the quality job and asked the salesman to inform the workers of problems to correct. That did not happen to my satisfaction. Weather became a factor a delayed completion by a week. Crew's boss required to be paid in full and promised to return the next day to clean up to driveway and sidewalk stains and remove old metal edging and excess concrete from all areas where concrete was layed. Did not come back, salesman did not return my calls. Overall experience was very poor. I wish I had better comments to make.

The job was not completed to my satisfaction. With repeated phone calls, I still have not been able to resolve. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.
