Northern Lights Exterioris offered upgrade without being prompted and did a great they built a far better roof than I had originally and Wes was very good to work with, knowledgeable and made me feel as if I my satisfaction was number one!! Wes called me back within a couple of hours of my initial call. He was able to come out the same day, even though it was a Sunday. He was on time, very friendly and professional, and was able to diagnose the problem and gave us great advise on how to fix the problem the most cost effectively. I would absolutely call him again if we ever had any roofing issues.

Excellent customer service. Patrick was on top of all the details. The whole project went so smoothly. Everyone on the team showed up on time. The project finished on time. They even thouroughly cleaned the site and removed all debris. The roof looks great.

Super prompt response. Since they were already working in my neighborhood, they were able to complete repairs the same day I initiated contact! Wes explained everything very clearly and even provided some extra materials for future repairs when and if necessary. Recommended!

James and his crews did a great job with our roofing project and other damage from a hail storm. He dealt directly with our insurance company (our ins. co was painfully slow) to make sure everything was covered and all of the damage was accounted for and repaired. James did a great job of keeping us informed on everything that was going on and was a pleasure to deal with.
