From the bidding to the completion of the job, Oscar was on top of things. He is a hands on contractor and he works with and cares about his crews.

A bit of pushy saleman. Work quality was good. At the end, he seemed to be in a hurry to leave with some loose ends. Inspection failed first time. Ultimately, things got resolved. Wish things had ended at a better note.

Actually remove and install an Asphalt Shingle Roof. Oscar give us a reasonable quote. He and his team finish job in 4 days include replace dry rot. They clean up work place too when they left. I will say it's a professional, fast and clean working team. Good job!

Project: Repair an Asphalt Shingle Roof
Oscar is an experienced roofer who could straight away tell the problem that caused a leak to develop in the roof (it was due to incorrect flashing at a wall-roof valley). His quote was almost 40% less than what others had quoted, and moreover he suggested the type of materials to use to correct the situation (a torch down roof valley was installed), including corner flashing which needed a one- piece flashing material, details which other roofers missed. The entire crew is professional and take their time to do the job right, such as trimming visible roof nails in the entryway that were not part of the contract. All in all, would recommend.

Project: Repair a Tile Roof
Met with Oscar of ODR roofing, went over inspectors roofing and dry rot report with him, and he agreed to do the job per that report. Gave us a bid, which we accepted, and completed the rather extensive job in 6 days. A sunday and monday holiday included in that time. He and his whole crew were professional, polite, and left the property in a very clean state. Very Happy!

Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
I hired ODR Roofing to replace my 43 year old concrete tile roof after receiving bids from two other roofing companies. Oscar Ruiz the owner of ODR came in as the lowest bid and also convinced me to replace it with new Eagle Ponderosa regular concrete tiles. The bid also included new gutters and sprouts and replacement of dry rot in the roof. Oscar and his crew finished the job as promised in three days and I couldn't have been happier. The roof looks fantastic and my neighbors liked it so much that Oscar is fixing the roof for 2 and replacing the roof of my third neighbor !!!
