Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning

I would recommend Oliveia's Cleaning. She came with a friend to my house after I had just moved in and cleaned my bathroom and kitchen in an timely manner. The cleaning was very good, she cleaned the tub, toilet, floors, appliances in kitchen, counter tops, refrig, and stove. Only let down was that she came about 20 minutes late but still ended up charging me for the full 30 minutes. Overall a good experience though.

Nice lady, came when we needed. Bathroom looked fine but other areas weren't address right and some were told can't be cleaned up but used a sponge and water after she left and it was cleaned up just fine. Also, could've explained rates better, was told it was 25 per hour but she charged 80 for about 2hr 10min of work and didn't explain other charges.

I hired them for monthly apartment cleaning for a few months. While I don't have any complaints about the quality of their service, they were NEVER on time, and would not even give a reasonable estimate of how late they were running. I would not recommend them.

Response by Oliveira's Cleaning: Yes, I worked for this lady in Walthan, but refused to continue because she wanted the service on random times and days, we do clean on Saturday but for one time or first time cleanings, I did explain to her but she wanted us to do regular cleaning on Saturday after noon or early mornings like 7:30 am and don't understand if I get in traffic, she posted a review like this, even after saying that my service is good, and the price is good just because I told her I could no longer work for her.
