Rodger was flexible with our scheduling needs. Very friendly and did a thorough job. I have seen other reports and his report was extremely organized including pictures with each category and arrows pointing to the areas that needed improvement/repairs. I would absolutely recommend Rodger to anyone I know in need of an inspector.
