Our A/C went out when the temp outside was almost 100 and it was 90 degrees in our home on the WEEKEND. These guys came out on Saturday afternoon and got our AC going within an hour...........thank you so much!!!!!!

I really like the service. I would recommend the highly. all the service techs were very respectfull and professional. They came out after hours to qoute the job. installed my heatpump on the day promised. I had a little trouble they were came right out a took care of it. I was very impressed

THESE GUYS WERE ABSOLUTELY GREAT. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE, THEY TREATED ME AND MY FAMILY....ESPECIALLY MY KIDS WITH A GREAT DEAL OF RESPECT. WE HAVE HAD CONTRACTORS AT MY HOME BEFORE AND MY THREE KIDS SEEMED TO BE AN ANNOYANCE TO THEM. NOT THESE GUYS, THE KIDS WERE ALLOWED SAFELY TO WATCH AND EVEN HAND OFF SMALL TOOLS AT TIMES. I HOPE THAT OUR FUTURE EXPERIENCES WITH CONTRACTORS CAN BE THIS PLEASURABLE AS WELL!! THANKS!!

I purchased an air coditioning/heat pump system from one hour and I was told that I would recieve a one year service contract with them. Less than 2 weeks after they installed the new system I got a bill for a service contract. I have not called them about it (I wanted to cool off a bit before I did). The system seems to be working fine, although the reason I got the new system was to lower my electric bill, but I have not gotten a bill since I had it installed.

Response by Comfort Zone One Hour AC & Heating: Mr. C was mailed a copy of the comfort club contract. It was NOT an invoice, it was just a copy of the contract showing the coverage he had with us. I have spoken with him and explained that it was FREE. He stated he is very satisfied. S.C. - Admin Mgr.

The guys seemed to be knowledgable and friendly. They did the job very quickly. but were a little expensive. the 700+ dollar job could have been done by me at 150 dollars had i known what was wrong.
