He came last year and called to remind me for this year. I liked that. Came promptly and really wasn't here very long and I'm hoping he was able to get it all done in the short time he was here. Did not leave a mess. Directed me to a place where I could get some replacement bricks for the stove. So far everything is fine. It was a bit more than last year but that seems to be the way things are.

These guys were prompt, polite, professional and did a thorough tidy job. They were happy to answer any questions about the condition of my very old chimney and put my mind at ease about some concerns I had. They made some suggestions but did not try and push added on repairs. Definately woth the cost for peace of mind that the job was done properly.

He called back right away, came when he said he would and got the work done. I did think it was expensive compared to the last time I had my chimney steeped

They were very friendly, introduced themselves when they arrived and answered all my questions. They were late but called to let me know this. They did leave plenty of dust. I am sure that they would have cleaned it up if I had noticed and asked them. They completed the project in about 30 minutes.
