Got paint overspray on my new shingles after being told several times not to. I asked if he wanted to paint before reroof and touch up later. He insisted that he would not get paint on shingles

Mr Ortiz performed an excellent paint job. Very professional. He finished the job and I have already recommended him to my neighbor who is wanting to paint his house. Great service at a great price.

Did an excellent job on the pre-painting replacement of boards and caulking. Did a very good job replacing all of the facia boards with Hardy boards. Crew cleaned up each day.

Mr. Ortiz was pleasant, on time, and very close with his estimates of time needed. The team showed up ready to work and get the job done. Although I thought the cost was a little high (but not by very much), I do believe I got my money's worth for their efforts. The house looks great.

Great job, payoff was right on his bid, very friendly, and his crew was excellent. They were there on time and cleaned up everytime before they left. I hardiplank the garage myself and they finished up the soffit work and then painted the garage and my 2 story house. There was some stucco to be painted in the front of the house and they matched the paint up perfectly. Will bring them back to do some fence work in the future.
