Although Mr. Valencia wasn't the lowest bid it was his quote and performance which offered so much more than any of the other quotes that I appreciated. His workers added extra care to my requests which I find far and few between this day and time.

The painters had to return to take out all of the runs in the paint. They only did one coat and left places with the white of the caulk showing. They broke my flood light bulbs with their power washer and cut a Nike swoosh in the siding with the power washer. They didn't paint on the backside of fresh wood. Mr. Valencia did not hesitate to call the crew right back out when I showed him the problems. All was repaired except for replacing my flood light bulbs.

We hired Oscar Valencia to paint the Family Room and the Master Bedroom in order to put the house on the market for sale. The work was completed in 2 days and was very professionally performed. Based on the quality of the work and how fast it was done, we contracted with Oscar Valencia to paint the remaining bedroom and the hallway, which was also completed in 2 days with the same professional quality.

They painted our bathroom. Good overall job. The semi-gloss paint was not as glossy as I hoped it would be -- looks a little dull.

Oscar and his people did a great job. There was a communication problem and they picked the wrong color paint. When we pointed this out, Oscar agreed - without hesitation - to repaint the area where the mistake occured. Great integrity and great painting job. Use Oscar!
