Customer service was very helpful. I was impressed with the quick response in fixing the problem. The vice president of the company did the job (very Impressive)! The service was very professional and the knowledge was very wise. I love dealing with local business people whom have been doing the job for 30 plus years! The quality, professionalism and courteousy was at the top:) I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

I have a two car garage, one door had an opener, one did not. They installed new openers on both doors. Overall great job. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because of these two things: 1) they originally scheduled a date, called the day before to confirm it, then on the morning of ... they called to cancel and reschedule. 2) the doors were not 100% square, a corner is still lifting up and I have to push the door manually to close it, on both sides! The two specialists that did the work were very polite, they worked pretty fast, and cleaned after finishing the job.

Overhead Door of Concord provided a very fair quote, delivered exactly what we needed, on the day they promised, and their installer, Jim, was courteous and thorough. And it only took about 90 minutes from the time he arrived for him to remove the old doors and hardware, install the new hardware and door and clean up. I would recommend them highly for any garage door purchase and installation.
