Showed up on time, showed me the problem, gave reasonable estimate, did job on time, cleaned up after, inspected all his work, returned all my calls, what more can you ask for. I was happy with the whole job and the service.

Our plumber did a great job; he was very professional. In fact we had him come back and complete some additional work. Only reason for 3.5 stars was he arrived later than originally stated and no one called to inform us of the delay.

came out timely, did the small job quickly, price was a bargain (they were having a "sale") and cleaned up when they were done; the lead person was very helpful, courtesy and answered all my questions; I had no meaningful contact with the assistant
