he started off great but when i contacted him to let him know part of the work he had done was incorrect he didnt show up for re-repair. now he wont return my phone calls.

Cleaned the gutters and fixed some roof shingles. Also installed a cap on chimney. All work was done to satisfaction.

Very Honest indeed. He found the problem with a leak I discovered and repaired it. At first it seemed to be a little more involved, he purchased material and parts to repair, but once he got in on the work, he found it to be less involved than expected. He could have charged me higher, but was honest, reduced my price and returned the un-needed material to the store. A very honest man Jerry is. He had his son with him assisting with the work. Pretty sure Josh was his name. Just like his father, very honest. I'll definitely use them again.

Jerry provided excellent communications and was quick to update me on the project. He was very professional and was very honest. The whole project was very reasonably priced. I will be using Professional Cleaning Systems for other projects.

They did a good job of power washing my house. There was some chemical residue left on my front porch, but overall I was satisfied with the service.

Very nice job overall. He did what he said he would do and on time and for the agreed price. He even came back and repainted 2 boards that did not get enough coverage the first time. Would highly recommend him to anyone!

Response by PCS Maintenance: The chemical residue left may have been what dripped from overhead, If the owner would have called, we would have went back for a followup and rinsed the porch over. we strive on customer service!
