Project: Hire a Handyman

I originally talked to Paul about building a wall in the basement, but he had so many great ideas regarding the ultimate goal of installing a bathroom in the basement, that I hired him to complete the entire project. He and his brother Stephen laid new drainage pipes, framed and drywalled the bathroom and other areas, moved and installed electrical outlets and switches, installed the toilet, sinks and washer/dryer hookups, installed and grouted the ceramic tile, and painted. They paid particular attention to details and and were able to adapt to changes made during construction. The finished project turned out great!
