He provided unsatisfactory work- and now I have to have someone else come in here to do the work. He told me now he don't know what the problem is and he should of said that from the beginning.

I had spent 6 days on an issue with two plumbers. I also wasted hundreds of dollars. With the issue being unresolved I decided to reach out to this service who recommended PP Cousins. He called me back within a few hours and managed to make it to my home later that day. Needless to say, he fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. Again, an issue that previous plumbers could not resolve. If I would have call PP first, I would have saved lots of money and time. Moving forward Peter from PP is my plumber of choice. THANKS PETER!!!!!!

It was a relief to finally find someone who wasn't taking me to the cleaners. The work was done in a timely manner and he was very professional. However, I had to dispose of the old pipes myself, he didn't. I guess that's why the price was so cheap! I will defintely use PP Cousin again as soon as I get some $.

They did a great job. Fixed the leaky faucet, but came a little later than I would have hoped, but they did show up that day, which was good.

He came out and did the original work I had requested, because he seemed proficient we agreed for him to do some more projects, he did not keep subsequent appointments,although he kept promising to do so,in the end I got fed up and hired someone else, who did an excellent job
