Do NOT hire these people! Took 11 days for them to put in the door. Work was shoddy, and now 30 days later the job has still not been finished. Calls and messages are not being returned. If I was the owner or a worker of this company I would be embarrassed! Terrible service......

I hired PSG in December & paid half upon order door & half upon completion. They screwed up the alarm system & I only had 2 days to fix it before I left town. The alarm company couldn't get anyone out for week so I had to be up on a chair for HOURS on the phone with tech to get it working again. When I returned home I saw light coming thru the bottom, Nic never caulked the bottom of the door. I had to call him 3 times before he came out, he never admitted he forgot to caulk. I asked for my warranty, another few calls & emails, he repeatedly told me his printer was broke, he emailed me his work warranty but am waiting for door warranty

I would recommend PSG for any door project whether it is repair, replacement or a brand new door. PSG came out, provide a very fair repair estimate and within a few days the work was completed. Their pride in workmanship is impeccable and my door looks brand new again. We will be using PSG again to add a security door and to replace our side gate as well. Additionally the work was scheduled to be completed at my convenience...just doesn't get any better than that.Thank you PSG!!!

Nic Jacques did a great job with my screens & i think his helper is an engineer! Nic was very courteous & didn't leave until the job was to my satisfaction. This was a hard job as the condominium complex is very old. i would definitely recomment Nic to anyone else.

I hired Nic to install 2 pocket doors and 3 bi-fold closet doors. The bi-folds went in easy enough and look OK. However, the job done on the bedroom pocket door was amatuerish at the best. The top rail was improperly installed so he had to notch out the jamb making the entire install look bad. When the door is closed it comes off the lead door guide so you have to pull the door out to slide it back into the wall. The wall texturing was done with small spray canisters and where he joined the sheet rock there is a noticable ridge. To make it look right I will have to sand the entire wall, smooth the joint line and retexture. More to come...

A little slow to answer his phones but does real good work. He finished the job in one day. If I recommended him I would mention the phone problem. So far we are happy with the job. One small part to finish.
