I bought the toilet and faucets. He did a very good job with the faucet. After he was done with the toilet, it developed a leak. I called him back and when he returned, he claimed there was a crack in the tank in area of the feeder pipe. He claimed he did not do it even though it was obvious that it was caused by tightening the nut too much. I asked him what I was suppoised to do. He told me to return the tank to Loew's and tell them that it was cracked before installation. Thankfully they replaced the tank and I installed it myself. I liked the man, but when he saw the crack he danced away from being responsible.I am hesitant to hire again

The technician was very professional and well trained in his field. They showed great flexibility and did my repair the same day I called. I do feel that they charged me every penny they felt they could. Overall a positive experience.

First tech arrived, cleaned a probe said I was all set and left. Next morning same issue. Ten hours later second tech arrived and saw an obvious broken wire caused by water I pointed out to the first.. Refused to charge me because he claims the first tech should have picked up on this immediatly. Second tech spliced a wire and problem is solved. Three days later the owner (Steve) gives me a follow-up courtesy call. That changed quickly as he claimed I had two issues and should be charged for both!!!!! Very arrogent individual and clearly dishonest.

It was never the intent to go out during the latest blizard to service your boiler and make you upset. I asked you if you knew for a fact that you had only one issue and you agreed so I did not charge you for the service call of $ 200.00.
