They were on time, courteous, and informative. I would recommend to a friend. The only negative with the customer service is they failed to provide a receipt. They promised to email the receipt but I have not received it as of this date.

Paragon has been the only contractor I hired that arrived early. They gave complete information on how they would handle our issue, and followed-up exactly as described. The cost was extremely reasonable and we are 100% satisfied. They were friendly, polite and professional. We will absolutely be using them again.
