Lehi was personable and thorough in his description of the work he would do, the time it would take and the cost estimate. The quality of his work was nothing short of excellent and he cleaned up the work site when he was done. He guaranteed his work for one year. I recommend him without hesitation.

The clean up was poor (i.e. scraping off drywall gunk from a desk that was nearby isn't fun); the drywall replacement didn't seem extremely professional since the garage drywall had chunks missing behind the paper to "make it fit" and things were not placed back in their original configuration (i.e. gas line not re-secured to wall after installation and the garage door opener was installed about a foot higher than originally placed; bedroom patch seemed to have just put tape on the problem instead of properly bracing the backing with a 2x4 frame). If it's just cosmetic, they're okay but messy. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend.

Very friendly and up front service description and pricing. Drywaller was fast and courteous, very skillful. Tape and plastering was quick, but very messy. No drop cloths were used and plaster was sprayed all over during spray texturing. I guess I should have covered the floors and doors before they started.

This individual quoted me a fee of $300 to remove panelling, drywall and texture an 8 X 10 wall with a window. He said the project would take about 10 hours. After he saw that the panelling had goood drywall underneath he would adjust the price for the adjusted labor. The project took him less than the 2 hours. I asked him he about the drying time for the mud and he said it only took 5 minutes to dry. I asked him about sanding the joints and he said he di wet sanding. Okay but what about the drying time? Something was not adding up. The actual drywall job took 1:45. I paid him the money he quoted but definetly feel I got taken.
