Jacob was the best person in this industry that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond in helping with a unique problem I was having with my water heater and tried to actually fix things instead of just sell me something that I didn't really need, which is what all the other companies that I had out ended up trying to do. I ultimately had to return the other water heater (he helped) and went with a great suggestion that he had for my situation and couldn't be happier.

Jake did an amazing job. He is friendly, knowledgeable and very conciseness of his work. He asked why I had chose his service. I explained his estimate was in the middle of low and high. I felt comfortable and I liked the fact he is a new comer and deserves a chance to prove himself. He was fantastic as he worked he kept me informed of what he was doing-- he informed me of possible problems to be looked at and all i can say is I would most defiantly hire him again.Jake went above and beyond any of my expectations. Thank you Jake see you in Spring :)

My husband and I have been homeowners for over 25 years. This is by far the best service and price we have ever received for any home improvement.We had a Rheem heating and cooling unit installed. Jake is very knowledgable and did an exceptional job! The quality, price and service are unsurpassed. Our experience was A++ from start to finish. Jacob K., owner and master technician, is very personable & knowledgeable about all aspects of his field. He explained the project & products for a new A/C and Furnace units so that I could understand and share the info with my husband. They arrived on time, finished in less than 6-1/2 hours, and all areas were clean & in order. They even took all the old equipment away! We would definitely recommend Patriot Heating & A/C
