Due to a storm we had a tree demolish our family room causing us to scramble to find an architect. It took 3 months to find one we felt we could work with. It was finally through Service Magic that we found Paul Dennis. We did not have a clue about working with an architect. He's been a wonderful teacher & our greatest support. Paul Dennis is extremely honest, experienced, creative, & his price is fair. We are still in the process & it's both joyful & exciting to work with him. Also, Service Magic was very quick & helpful in responding to our needs & continues to do so. We're happy we found them too.

Paul was very responsive to our requests and provided several options for our project. His fee was very reasonable and he has been very helpful in the plan submission and contractor selection steps. Paul was able to listen to our ideas and provide very unique and artistic designs. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a professional and talented architect.

Paul was not only the best reasonable offer but he demonstrated interest in my new addition. He also did an excellent work in suggesting the new layout of the alteration which included a lot of space. Very flexible, hard worker, and best of all reasonable price. I highly recommend Paul. Paul was available and eager to meet with us to design our back deck and finish our backroom. His price was great and he brought some wonderful design ideas to the table. Paul did a very impressive job creating and designing our back deck! Can't wait to see the final result!!!
