Unbelievably accurate and thorough! He took the time to go through the inspection piece by piece in a straightforward way... Incorporated photos and notes, and followed up faster than we would have ever expected. I would absolutely trust him for all my (and friends and family) inspections! A true service professional! Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold

Richard was very courteous and professional. He called to say he was running late because of traffic. He answered all my questions (and I had a lot) throughout the entire process of evaluating our home for mold. He took readings and did two tests for mold in the air. He did find some dampness in the drywall, which could grow mold if not removed. We don't think we'll need full mold remediation, but if we do, I would certainly call him again.

Richard was amazing, extremely knowledgeable and just what we needed for a second opinion regarding the home we desired to purchase. His inspection caught many details that our first inspector either missed or did not address. After his inspection my wife and I felt comfortable about proceeding with the purchase of our first home!
