I hired Peachtree Irrigation to disconnect existing irrigation zones in prep for a patio expansion. After the patio was completed, the team came back to install and re-position my system. Their work was precise, they knew exactly how they were going to re-route, and after all the digging was done, you could not even tell they were there. My sod was restored back to its original condition. Incredible machine that digs under the ground, not above the surface. I highly recommend this company! Thanks Alfredo and team!

Working with Peachtree Irrigation was a great experience. I spoke with Shirley and she set up an appt for her technician to come out the next day. He (Alfredo) showed up precisely when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He went right to work and in one hour had all of my issues taken care of. he then did a nice job explaining everything he did to tune-up my system. I will definitely use Peachtree in the future for my system repair.

Tech performed work that was not approved by myself and then tried to say if it was his home and someone did work he did not ask to be done he would be ok with it. At this day and age and with the prices of repsirs having the potential to reach hundreds of dollars I was told PT irrigation only takes cash or checks no credit cards after the work was done I will never seek your services again.

Response by Peachtree Irrigation, Inc.: First of all no we do not accept credit cards as we have been in business over 30 years the owner has experienced for this line of work cash or check is the best method in which to get paid so we assure we do get payment. Second our technician is very professinal and he would not say something like that and further more thats the only complaint Ive ever heard about him other than running late sometimes and that happens when you drive everywhere all day. We are sorry you had a bad experience and will look into the issuses you feel were present and work on them.
