It is too soon for me to decide if I would reccomend this product or not. I will have to wait and see how it works. The same is true of the value for money....too soon to tell. Customer service is half and half. The first crew was unsatisfactory but then the district manager came the following week and finished the job to my satisfaction.

The salesman was very thorough in his description of the windows. The company maintained constant contact and delivered and installed the windows on the date promised and the crew that installed did a great job.

I can't go on enough about how fabulous these windows are. I would recommend this product to everyone who needs new windows and to those that are disappointed in their current replacement windows. They product was more expensive that what you can get else where but it is definately worth the extra cost. The product is amashing and the installers were efficient and clean. Well worth it 100%
