When I had trouble with there installation hdtv respond was to cut the speaker wires.for 399.00 they would not even come back to the house to try to fix the problem to make it right. This company has no customer service I wouldn't recommend them for any project . they take your money and run
Response by Perfect HDTV: This customer Larry wanted the best deal he could get so we had one tech go out to cut down his costs and install his surround sound. When job was completed the customer was happy and rolling with compliments. He also wanted his outside speakers connected which did not perform correctly. When tech asked customer what he wanted to do the customer Larry said just leave them connected and turn off zone 2 the tech did what he asked. After job completed and tech was home Larry called and tech took the call. Tech took every call Larry made to help him out. Larry's receiver was faulty and wouldn't turn zone 2 off. When tech troubleshot over phone with Larry is when tech informed Larry that his receiver was malfunctioning and suggested he removed the speaker wire from zone 2 on back of receiver. Larry explained his hands couldn't get in there to pull out 2 wires and asked that we come back 2 hours away to pull out 2 wires for him. Tech suggested he cut the wires from speaker location since he can easily get to them. Tech reminded Larry that this install was done at a discounted rate for him in the first place and it wouldn't make sense to travel back 2 hours one way to disconnect 2 wires but he was given a service call price to have the wires disconnected which he denied.

He was about 1 hr 45 min late, which I suppose can be understandable, but if you have a previous job starting at 7:00AM, you don't give an estimate of 8:00AM-10:00AM for your next job. You allow for a lot more time than just an hour. He showed up at 11:45. This was supposed to be a satellite dish move from one part of the house to another. He complained about the foam roof covering the dish mount stating "This is a lot bigger job than I thought". Well, some people have foam roofs, what am I supposed to do about it? The dish move was supposed to include any additional wiring to wire it to the room in the house, but the wire was already there and he was able to use the existing wire. Still it didn't stop him from complaining how tough the job is. He didn't have to run any new wire! That saved him time and money. What's he complaining about? The fact that he had to dig the dish base out of roof foam? I'd clearly explained to him the part of the roof that was being demolished and couldn't be used to route the existing wire, to which he replied "Ok, got it". But when I checked back on him 1/2 hr later, I noticed he was routing the coaxial wire exactly on the part of the roof I told him NOT to use. He just wasn't listening to me. I also asked him to place the dish 3 feet out on my garage roof. He only went out 1 foot. Again, not listening. I didn't make him correct it. I'd had it with him at that point. He initially gave me a quote of $249 on the phone but when it came time to pay the bill he upped it to $299. When I told him it's higher than what we talked about he only said "No, it's $299". I was done with him at that point so I paid him $300 cash, but never again. This guy needs to learn about integrity with customers, customer service, listening to the customer, and quality of work.
Response by Perfect HDTV: This customer called our office needing his Directv dish relocated and needed it done the next day since his contractor was starting work on his home. I told customer we are fully booked for 2 weeks but would try to fit him in. Customer was happy for the effort. The day of the job Tech already had a full day but called customer 1 hour in advance letting him know the tech was running late. Once arrived at customers home the customer showed tech dish location and showed tech the foam roof. When customer called in for appoinment he never mentioned having a foam roof. This took the tech an additional hour to cut away the foam just to get to the dish's lag bolts. Once dish had been dug out of the foam it was relocated to roof customer wanted. Tech explained we cannot mount a dish over a dwelling and it needed to go over the eve. The service call is $249.99 and for the foam roof an additional $50. This was approved by customer before work was performed. After service call was completed the customer started showing tech where he would like his tv to be installed in the future giving a fake sense that customer was happy with tech. Customer did receive a strong Directv signal and was able to watch tv after service call was complete.

Review by a homeowner in San Carlos, CA
Said would install TV mount for $199, ended up charging $575 due to installing an outlet behind the TV which wasn't requested
Response by Perfect HDTV: This customer on the phone did'nt care about cables showing but once arrived to his house for install his mother said absolutley wanted cables concealed which requires an outlet behind tv per code of California. Customer also needed HDMI cables that are 12' foot long to go in wall. On phone customer mentioned he had HDMI cables but did not when arrived at home. Customer also needed a coax relocation for cable box and this normally we can do inside the home but his mother did not want to see coax so we had to bring this on the outside of the home which required extra material and time. All extra work and charges were approved by customer beforehand. Customer was aware of cost and was onsite during install and witnessed the additional 3 years of work needed to complete install.

Perfect HDTV was hired to install an antenna on the roof of a house to receive typical (ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS) over the air broadcast. This was done to eliminate and avoid a cable/dish TV installation, with the associated cost savings. However, the installation did not provide adequate reception on essential network channels, notably all those coming from a common locale. This should have been very achievable with the right antenna, and possibly using a line amplifier. Though we paid a considerable price for the installation, the customer signed up for Dish TV anyway out of desperation. Note, that the house is on high ground with a good line-of-site path to the transmitter towers, and Perfect HDTV's antenna was used. The installation should have been characterized using a signal strength meter or spectrum analyzer to ensure adequate margins for the desired stations.
Response by Perfect HDTV: This customer was set on Dish Network before install began. Please note this was for customers mother who told Tech that her son never listens to her. The install was perfect with amp and preamp used. All channels came in strong. Channel 13 had some difficulty but still was watchable 90% of the time. All required tools used in this install. Customer lives in a heavy tree area but still received all major networks. This customer needed better communication with his mother and get her what she really wanted satellite tv. Please look at past reviews that earned 5 stars from factual honest reviews.

They did a great job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He answered questions I had after he left. My only negative is that it was quite expensive for the time involved.
Response by Perfect HDTV: Customer was great to work with. She needed speaker wires hidden under carpet which required specials tools, knowledge and extra time. The cost was given to her over the phone one week prior to install. After on site the Tech discounted the overall cost. After install was completed the Tech helped the customer both times she called for guidance. She was very happy with the extra help.

Very expensive service. Still waiting up for follow- up call. Make sure you ask the right questions about if the antenna you want to install will meet your needs. This company seemed just to want to do a custom installation for a product that does not replace my basic cable service.
Response by Perfect HDTV: As to the great quality you gave a 4 star thank you. Your install situation is in fact a custom install with cables you wanted going thru the attic then wall fished into 2 different locations. The tech gave you a bid which you accepted so work began. The tech went out of his way teaching you how to use your remote and changing inputs. The tech spent 45 mins. with this customer to answer all of his questions and customer education. Sadly this customer did not understand what he wanted and didn't communicate what he wanted or what he could expect to the techs working at his house. Follow up calls and a in person follow up already happened and this customer still needed education on remote use which was another 20 mins.
