Superior Remodeling was established in 2003 to serve the Raleigh market. Our background in new home construction, remodeling and real estate gives us a wide experience range which we use to ensure you the finest home inspection possible. We work on the idea of providing you, the home buyer or seller, the most comprehensive inspection and at the same time providing you with educational information on the condition and maintenance of your home. I encourage you to accompany me through the entire inspection during which I will explain the routine maintenance, operation of all major systems and the repair items that are found. At the end of the inspection you will receive a detailed multi-paged inspection report with digital photos and a summary page of repair items. Overall great experience. My project was small and involved just one trade (finishing of drywall I had hung) and Rocco at Superior Remodeling kept it easy. The work was done perfectly -- Rocco's crew was fast, friendly and clean, and the finished work is perfect. I'm picky about drywall finishing and their work passed my toughest scrutiny. And the price was reasonable so it doesn't get any better. I will be calling Rocco for future projects and recommending Superior Remodeling to friends.

High quality, would have been a "5", but last 10% of job wasn't up to the first 90%. Very good customer service. Excellent value overall.

Superior is the word! Rocco is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and accessible. He always answers his calls and e-mails or gets back to you without delay. I interviewed 3 other potential remodelers, and Rocco was the only one who knew his stuff. Choosing someone who is knowledgeable is very important when you're remodeling any part of your home. If you don't have confidence in them, you'll be disappointed. I certainly was not disappointed with Rocco and his team. They did a great job from start to finish, and Rocco even agreed to come back to install the new dishwasher free of charge since our old one didn't fit after the remodel!
