Timely response with my quote, answered all my questions and very quick and profession service the day of the cleaning. Had a couch with huge cushions cleaned or $75! Can't beat that.

They worked within my time frame, and got the job done within 2 days of me selecting them. The day they were to come was a blizzard day, but they rang to let me know they were still on their way, but might be a little (less than 30 mins) late. Carpet looks great - most of the stains disappeared completely, and the few that are left are barely noticeable (keep in mind this is a 6 year old carpet that had some bad wine/food/pet stains). Put plastic under all furniture, towels down to protect the hardwood floor when they moved the equipment between carpet areas, and overall were great to deal with.

Moshe is a nice guy and does a wonderful job. Very responsive. Only reason he did not get 5 stars in my rating was that he was a little late on more than one occasion. But for the work, he is great.
