I simply Love Eric and so does Chief (my dog) he always got very excited when Eric came to check on him. He was very professional, personal, and caring. I am so glad I went with him and his company. I was a little worried just because of my dog; he is 13 months, a lab/Mastiff at 92 lbs. He is a very good dog, but very stubborn and loves to run. I was very nervous because we are right on a slightly busy road and was so scared he was going to just blot out in front of a car. After just a couple visit, and training he does not leave his area, he knows where he can go and where he cannot go. He loves the freedom of running the yard and not being on a leash or cord and so do I.

Pet Pro provided great installation and service for our electronic fence as well as training for our two dogs. For our older dog who did not quite get the concept, Pet Pro continued training beyond the contract requirements to ensure the electronic fence keeps him on our property.

Installer/trainer was great! Very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He was on time and did exactly what was requested even though some areas were difficult. He was also careful not to hit any sprinkler lines. Even spent a few minutes showing me how to work with my puppy. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Fence installed on 9/17, opted for top package with 5 days training, this was completed on 9/26 in the AM. So far, dog has responded to the training & everything is just fine.
