Petre is the best. He even visited my rental property late at night (only time the tennant could be there) to estimate the project. I was on a strict time line with the San Francisco Renhtal Board. He finished the project well before the deadline, did a perfect job, made my tennant happy and all at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for an honest and skilled man call Petre. Dan M
