I was looking to have repair work done to a wall damaged by a water leak that left a gaping wet hole in my wall on a stairwell. I contacted Tim Petticord through Home Advisors. He Returned my call promtly. He came to my home when he said he would, gave me a fair a accurate estimate of the work that would need to be done, and the time it would take to complete the job. He explained what and how he would do it, including purchase and paint match to complete the job. Mr. Petticord was always on time, courteous, and did a great repair job to my wall.I am very happy with the quality of the service he provided. Thanks Tim and Crew!

I am not from the area, don't know many people for references, and a bit scared about finding help on this site. Tim was respectful, quick, and clean! He and the people he subcontracted with were polite and very careful about any mess that had to be made, they left the house as it was when they came... but with a finished wall! The business does a lot more than what I hired for so I will be sure to call him again for the next job! Thank you Pettiecord Restoration! (This job was to redrywall a wall in the basement, mud and tape, and paint the wall and the adjoining walls).

Tim did great work and is very curteous. He took the time to make sure my home was as it was when he arrived - he put tarps down to cover my carpet, put plastic up to keep the debris within the room, even vaccuumed before he left. I highly recommend Tim and have hired him to do some more work because of the quality work and value for the money!!

Tim Petticord was the ultimate professional. Our job was not an easy repair. We appreciated how on task and how Tim made our job his top priority, finishing earlier than expected. He was also very helpful in getting us hooked up with other professionals for future needs. It would be to Tim's advantage to provide written estimates and produce an actual invoice for billing purposes. This would provide a more professional look and feel to his business
