Dave was a lifesaver when it came to getting our pump and well up and running. He was called out to service our well pump and discovered plugs had been removed and the pipe had been cut from our well. His expertise saved us from costly repairs that an unskilled eye would have missed. He spent several hours at our home guiding us through what he was doing every step of the way. He was called out for the pump but had no qualms about taking his ladder down the well to service the root cause of our issues. I would most definitely recommend him and the company and use them again in the future.

Dave was at my home within one hour of getting HomeAdvisor recommended service providers in my area. He was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. After conducting several tests on our system, he determined our well pump needed to be replaced. He and his daughter returned the next morning and installed our new pump. My husband and I are very pleased with their work and we will contact him for future work.

Dave Brien came to my house ready to work. He was efficient at troubleshooting my problem and at recommending a solution. His price was fair and he left the decision up to me weather or not I wanted the work completed immediately of wanted to have someone else quote the job. There was no pressure at all. I will and have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to do so.

Called @5:30pm got a call back with 10 min. Explained we had a horse farm and our well pump had failed. Tech (Dave and his son) were on their way home but because of the adverse weather approaching and large volume of water required to sustain our farm (200gals + per day) they came out and replaced the well pump. Before they replaced the pump they reviewed our farms watering requirements and suggested an upgrade for our situation. We took their suggestion and were back online within a couple of hours with better pressure and ability to keep up with high watering demands on the farm. Wish all service providers were like them.

Called within seconds of me submitting my help request on-line. Arrived within the hour. Reasonable estimate. Stuck to it even though the pump cost more than the estimate. Outstanding Job. Muddy water for a couple of days was the only downside and it could not be helped. Highly recommended.

David Brien tried to call me within a 1/2 hour of my request to servicemagic. I goofed and typed in the wrong phone number. He did not give up on me, but intead searched for my number in the yellow pages. He immedately came out and replaced my welll pump (lightening strike) as quoted over the phone. What can I say about this guy: He's fast, curtious, professional, honest and his prices are reasonable, everything you could hope for in this type of an emergency.
