I had an older model Whirlpool dryer that stopped producing heat. He recognized the problem right away and secured a new heating coil within two days. Machine has worked perfectly since his return service call to do the installation. He was punctual, cordial, and had the expertise to fix this older dryer on the spot for a reasonable price. I have given him the highest marks, and my full recommendation.

Very professional and friendly. Fully explained what was involved in the repair to our Maytag dryer so we could make a knowledgeable decision. Kept us informed of service schedule and service technician. Will definitely use them in future appliance needs.
