Roger was great to explain what needed to be done to solve the problem. It was pricey but very professionally done. They took pictures of before and after for insurance purposes. We were very pleased.

The best service you could ask for! HAVC Technician Charles Hilton was right on time and took time to make sure the problem was found correct. Explained the problem and was clear in detail to what the fix would be and cost. Emailed the quote to me within a few hours of leaving my home. Parts came in 2 day quicker than quoted and he made an exception to his schedule that evening to come and get our A/C back working. TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I have found my new HAVC repair team. Thanks Brian-Knoxville

Our water heater's "pop-off" valve failed and flooded a room. We were able to stop the flooding and hired these fine folks to repair the water heater. Upon arrival they said an "expansion tank" was needed. Cost.... $1200.00!!!! Ok... if it is "needed" and will prevent from happening again, do it. Fast forward a week, an insurance adjuster comes and states expansion tank not "needed". Nice to have, but not required. Furthermore, the cost should of been around $300-400 instead of 3X that much. Company who fixed flooding agreed. Crazy expensive. This company will overcharge you for parts not required.
