Overall, excellent. A little on the expensive side, but responsive, professional, first rate service. We just moved here from out of state, and purchased a home; we ran into some pretty big unexpected pluming repairs. Pipe Wrench showed up and did the work as quoted and promised. They gave us some very nice side perks, tossed in for free, so we really have no complaint, even on price. This company does everything first cabin, so don't expect any cut-rate work or pricing. If you want top tier quality and service, hire this company.

At first I was concerned as they didn't show up at the confirmed time. Evidently, there is a disconnect between Home Advisor and them, as the appointment confirmation never went to Pipe Wrench. They were able to work in an appointment later in the day, so the work was completed and they did a nice job. The only reason for the 4 star instead of 5 was the appointment snafu. I'm not sure which one was at fault, but it's frustrating to rearrange your day only to find out you don't have an appointment. Also, their start times are not correct on Home Advisor. It shows they start at 7:00. I booked for 7:00 only to find out after I called that they usually don't start until around 9:00. So, either Home Advisor needs to get its act together with the contractors or Pipe Wrench needs to correct their info with Home Advisor. I've learned I'd I book again via Home Advisor, I will also call the contractor for confirmation as I can't trust the information or confirmation from Home Advisor

This was not an emergency job just something we needed done at their convenience. Dave A and Josh O were the techs that came out. They were extremely nice and explained things so I completely understood the problem. They gave me a price and the wonderful ladies in the office were on the phone to schedule the work (before the guys even left) and they were able to schedule for the next day. Impressed with how quickly they got us scheduled since this was not an emergency job. Great Techs, Office Staff and pricing!! Definitely plan to use them in the future for heat/air. Thanks to everyone @ Pipe Wrench!!!!

The sales person expected the job would have to be inspected by city before it was closed up, but field staff knew nothing of that. Also, both sales person and field staff promised that the inaccessible part of the pipe would be examined by camera once the system was opened up and the pipe made accessible. But, despite us specifically asking even as the job was completed, it never happened. Both sales staff and field staff were friendly and helpful. They did a good job cleaning up.
