Customer service provided was very good. But the guys that clean your windows are very simpathyc but they do not clean very well. I was told that the screen would be cleaned but they were not.

Just to clarify, we DO offer a comprehensive clean screen for a small additional price but it appears that it was not discussed in our original conversations (on paper that is:-). Otherwise, if our technicians see any eyesores on screens we will do our best to remove them. I would be happy to discount your next service to make up for the miscommunication. Window washers were personable and willing to do a good job, but after reviewing the job, I felt the serviceprovided was overpriced for the time it took to do the job.

Platinum Window Cleaning sends out highly trained, experienced window cleaners that happen to be very efficient and good at what they do. We send them out in crews so we're not at your home all day which is a huge selling point and a big part of our business model. If we were at your home all day would have given us a better review? I argue that you would not. If your windows are sparkling clean and it took us an hour we should be praised. Time = Money, Money = Time. Thanks again for your business.
