Pleasant Pools and Spas, owned and operated by Tedd and Howard Fleming, was established in 1978. We remain family-owned and operated as a part of our community, for our community. Since the beginning, our focus has been to offer superb workmanship, innovative design, high quality products, and informed, attentive customer service. We strive to meet the needs of our customers. We specialize in solving your hard-to-solve pool problems. We meet the challenges that leave other pool contractors stumped. Call us when you need professional, experienced pool service. Pleasant Pools and Spas is a company you will be proud to work with. We first started operations in pool construction, and have since extended our services to five retail stores, a service department, a commercial pool division, and an E-commerce department. In 1981 we opened our first store, in Oklahoma City. This 2,400 square-foot store displays in-ground and above ground pools and our full line of spas. We opened our second store in 1987 with a 1,400 square-foot retail showroom. In 1988 we opened our third location, a 1,400 square-foot retail showroom in North Oklahoma City. Our fourth store opened in 1990 in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This store has a 1,800 square-foot showroom with spas and aboveground pools on display. Our fifth store with 2,000 square feet of showroom area, opened in 1994 in Mustang, Oklahoma. Our commercial pool division constructs, services, and supplies the swimming pools of Oklahoma's apartment complexes and hotels. Our retail stores carry a full line of chlorine chemicals, Aqua-Free non-chlorine chemicals, ancillary chemicals, and bromine. We also supply maintenance equipment, automatic pool cleaners, toys, games, floats, above-ground pools, spas, and many other products for pools and spas. In 1997, we began our E-commerce division on the Internet, selling pools, spas, chemicals, toys, and many other products around the world. We hope we can be of service to you in the future.

Not really very interested in my one time business, but they did come. Basically they charged $175 to add chemicals to the pool, and that didn't approach fixing the problem.

Project: Replace Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool

Had a few hiccups after I made the initial payment, they were a little late coming out to measure the pool, then I had to call for an update. They called back and said the liner company didn't get all the measurements or something and didn't notify the pool company. Pool company came back out and measured and got the liner in and installed and we are enjoying it now, looks great!

I was so sick of getting ripped off on pool liners that became loose or leaked soon after install. I was ready to fill my pool with dirt! Read a review on ServiceMagic about Howard and Pleasant Pools and decided to give them a try. Not only did the installers do a beautiful job in a timely manner Howard actually solved some issues I had with the pool and SAVED me money instead of trying to jack up my bill. Thanks Howard!! The ladies in the office weere so helpful and the installers were polite and careful on my property. Don't even consider anyone else for work on your pool!! I've tried them all and Howard and Pleasant Pools are the best!

No show no call first time. I took 1/2 day off work, Valuable Vacation day wasted... next time, I asked to call me when they were on the way, so I would work, just in case they didn't show again, I wouldn't have to waste another 1/2 day of vacation time. I have never owned a pool, and wanted to talk to the service guy/gal on how to operate, clean, et.. No call, this time they came and went, or so they say, and according to leslie pool test, added no chlorine.

Project: Install or Replace Covers for a Swimming Pool

Spoke with Howard on the phone and setup appointment. He showed early, the way I like it, and we talked about the options and price. I asked him delay the project because of water feature changes, no problem call me when your ready and I'll send a team to measure for the cover. He said it would take 5-6 weeks to have the cover made. I called during the 5th week to check on progress and he told that it just came in and could install the cover in a few days. Set the appointment. His team showed up early in the morning like they said they would!! When I wanted to talk with Howard he was available himself, not the company, you know what I mean
