He was very prompt with his initial contact. Very pleasant and willing to educate me on household things other than just the sump pump which I found to be very helpful. Sump pump is in and working perfect.

Project: Install or Replace a Water Treatment & Purification System

Installed a water softener the week we moved into our home. For the most part, the workmanship is excellent. The crew were professional and the price was reasonable. However, they failed to fully connect the backflush tube to the water softener unit. During the first backflush, the pressurized saline solution sprayed the basement wall and flooded the entire basement with about an inch of water. We had many packed moving boxes in the basement that suffered a lot of water damage. They refused to refund us the cost of the install and instead referred us to their insurance company who eventually refunded us half the cost. Not pleased!

We worked with Plumb Perfect to obtain a quote for the repair of a cabinet door. We received a fair quote and when ready to proceed with work, the work had already been completed by a different contractor without our knowledge. Stanley from Plumb Perfect handled the situation like a pro. We will definitely use Plumb Perfect for other project needs in the area. Thanks for displaying such professionalism with this job.

20 minutes late, but called. Charged $79.00 for 25 minutes of work; probably 1hour minimum charge. Found the screen to my faucet in the sink after work was completed.
