Extremely competitive, thoughtful, and talented management. Conscientious, strong follow thru, and prompt. This is not your typical plumbing company. Sales conducted by knowledgable party who genuinely tries to match one's needs to the best product to satisfy these needs. Many water heating companies use sales scripts to pitch the product of the day and have no idea what they are selling (outside of the insurance)
