Project: One Time Interior House Cleaning

If you need someone available immediately, Lee is the one. I would have preferred a more thorough cleaning, and had to follow-up myself on baseboards and floors; Also had to supply some of my own cleaning products & rags, but would still recommend, as she had to rush due to my schedule.

Ms. L. is just the nicest person. Our home had been closed up for six months while we were away and was a dusty mess. She was so thorough. She was there for most of the day and pleasant to have around. I will have her on a regular basis.

Explained to her what the job entailed. I was very clear about it. She said she was sending a team to do the job. The day of the job only the one lady showed up. I had to leave before the job was complete. I told her that I was leaving her money on the kitchen table. When I got back home she had taken the money and didn't not complete the job. She didn't even clean the downstairs of my house. I will not be hiring her again.

Response by Ponciana Ridge Cleaning Service: Mrs. Faith put the money in my hand before going out at 4:00 P.M. to get the party started for her sons birthday. Her daughter and friend were present at that time. I was told that this was a job one person had done in the pass, and that was the reason she received one person. I was not aware that five loads of laundry to be done while deep cleaning her home which was provided. Lining changed on two beds, and remade two other beds. Sons bed pulled from wall and removed food, and toys on floor in back of bed followed with deep cleaning of room. She received total cleaning of two bathrooms (tubs, shower, vanity, sink, mirrors, floors, toilet

They were schdule for 4 hours and we agreed on a price it was for a new home no furniture in the home. Gave an extra $100 to complete the job and they were suppose to return and never did.

Response by Ponciana Ridge Cleaning Service: We were contracted to work four hours, but we worked six hours instead, and we were not instructed to return on a second day. She said nothing about the quality of work, because all areas in her home were covered. She had large amount of dry wall mud threw out her home. I dont understand a .5 in my ratings. We cleaned light fixtures, tubs, floors (carpet & hard floors), doors walls, sinks, windows; shower doors tile, glass mirrors baseboards, range, counter tops, toilets, and fans. No area was left undone. Her home was free from dust and dry wall mud when we finished. We wanted her home to be up to part, and it was when we finished.

Lee needs to make notes about each customer and how they like thier house so she does not have to be informed more than once how the cuatomer like the jhob done
