Portland Sprinklers delivered as promised on time and within budget. They were professional, thorough and flexible as they accommodated our changes during the project without issue. They seemed genuinely concerned about quality of their work and were meticulous in the clean up.

John finished exactly when he said he would, The job cost exactly what he said it would. The Quality was excellent, He and his crew worked very hard to make me happy. It was very positive, even after everything that "didn't go as planned." First, they did a great job installing the system. The design is exactly as I envisioned, and whenever we had a question or concern, we would discuss changes and it was adjusted accordingly. Where things didn't go as planned was when we lost water pressure and noticed it was coming out of the city's water meter box. The city came and it was determined that where the sprinkler system was connected into the system it failed, BUT it failed because the city's connect and the plumbers who re-plumbed our house, were at fault . They took care of it the next day 100%!

Their initial response time was excellent. They gave a professional, well-detailed bid. They came out in the time I needed them. They did an excellent job of installing my sprinkler, drip and lighting systems, cleaned up and were finished in less than two days. They were very friendly as well. They weren't the cheapest, but I was very glad I went with them.

It is very refreshing to hire a company where the owner of the company actually does the work. The job was completed in a professional and timely manner. We are very satisfied with our new lawn and sprinkler system. We would highly recommend John to our friends and especially our neighbors.

Very professional, installation of our 1/2 acre system over a 4 day period. Friendly, efficient crew which included owners of company. Answered all of our questions and concerns and were very easy to work with. Great communication throughout the project and very timely. Gave clear instructions on the use of the timer system and gave advice for the coming years use and yard care.
