Project: Install or Replace a Heat Pump
Precision Air representative, Tim, provided an evaluation of my entire system on an off-season promotion. Little did I know that just a few weeks later my old system would suffer a terminal failure. He quoted a very reasonable price and installed a few days later. Installers were top notch. They did the job quickly and professionally. You don't know how bad your old system is until you experience the latest improvements. Twenty years after my high-end system was installed the equipment is so much quieter, smoother, and I am very much looking forward to the savings from almost twice the efficiency in heat pumps... Excellent

Was very happy with my experience with Precision from start to finish. Tim was a very down-to-earth salesman, very knowledgeable and friendly. Did not feel any pressure. Looked at 4 different vendors - had each of them come to the house, but chose Precision because they had a solution for a high-efficiency (>90% AFUE), direct vent gas boiler, whereas the other vendors only had the high-priced >95% ones and the low-priced 84% cast-iron boilers. This middle-of-the-road solution was perfect for us. Installation went great - took a whole day. Very clean, efficient, friendly workers. Tim has followed up with a visit and answered questions.

We needed to replace an old HVAC system and sought out 6 estimates to do the job. We started with three but they were all over the place. Precision was the most reasonable and resonably priced. Not the cheapest - but the very best choice. They were punctual, informative and did an excellent job.

I ended up replacing my heat pump with another heat pump unit. The estimate process was straitforward and efficient. The pricing seemed reasonable. All involved in my project were very professional and efficient. The blower unit had a defect from the factory and quickly failed after install. The Precision team replaced the blower motor and things have gone well since.

All the companies were prompt,curtious,professional,helpful with all my questions. However, Precision Air took an interest in my budget limitations,and worked out to find an efficent gas boiler,and hot water system to fit our budget and fullfill our needs.

response was immediate. The job was completed timely. He was unable to remove the old heater at the time, I did have to call them to remind them it was still here & they picked it up immediately after notification.
