David is the best. I would recommend Cy-Fair Mechanical to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their system. Very professional and fantastic communication through out the process. His crew is top notch, very polite, neat, and very nice 1/2 day installation. I am not easy to please and David exceeded my expectations.

After talking to 7 or 8 companies and looking at system component prices on the internet I came to understand that much of the overall difference in price between installation/repair companies, when comparing comparable equipment, is due to the overhead costs. Cy-Fair Mechanical, being a smaller company, was able to offer a good price on better quality equipment, and the owner and an assistant did a quality installation. I couldn't ask for anything more.

David, Joe and his crew did an excellent installation job. I liked the safety shutoff on the drains and the special duct sealant that was used as well. I had the top of the line Trane 20 xi installed and will definitely use Cy-Fair Mechanical to install my 2nd AC unit when it dies. I would encourage anyone looking at giving Cy Fair a call in lieu of the big AC companies and the pricing games they play. David is honest and wants to build his business on referrals and doesn't play the big company pricing games. Save money and get a fair deal, give Cy Fair a call.

very positive experience. Work was quoted fairly and performed as explained, on-time and with no surprises! They are the only company I will call for future work and maintenance, and I've used or spoken to many of the major companies in the Houston area, none of them can compare to the personalized service and very satisfatory outcome provided by Cy-Fair Mechanical.
