Great service, excellent deal and very professional. I would highly recommend the staff of Precision to anyone who doesn't want to get gouged by the other heating and cooling company's in Des Moines and surrounding areas.

Particulars: The temperatures have been near 100, we have a small infant, and our ac went out. I called and was connected immediately to this Precision Comfort by Servicemagic. I talked to Brent and he said he would be able to come out that day. He told me when he would be out, and kept me informed when he was a bit late. Once he arrived he had my AC up and running in 20 minutes. Brent is a straight shooter and told me what the charges would be before they happened. Their customer service is excellent in every way . . . they even wore booties when coming in the house to protect the floor. I will recommend them to everyone who needs AC repair.

Brent saved us over three grand by repairing rather than replacing. His recommendations were fiscally reliable. We shouild get many more years out of our unit and then not have the need to purchase as pricey a replacement, based on Brent's advice.

Brent came out to repair my AC and the service couldn't have been better. It was a very hot and humid day and he was at my house within 5 hours of me making the call. He took the time to explain what the problem was, gave me a couple of options for repairing, and had my AC back up and running in no time. He was fast, friendly, courteous, reasonably priced, and he even put on shoe covers so as not to track on the floor. I would definitely recommend Precision Comfort for your heating and cooling needs!

I didn't need to hire Brent because he recommended to keep my old unit for another 5-10 years. Instead he offered to fix the possible leak for a very decent price. But again he said to wait until next spring to do this if necessary. He was very honest and sincere. I will definitely call him for my heating and cooling problems. Thank you, Brent.
