As a Realtor, I need a group of trusted vendors to help clients while their property is made market-ready or on-market. Precision Yard promptly cleared a rough field left untended for two years. Bruce & his crew needed work around depressions and mature trees. Wish they had weed-whacked around utility markers; I'm certain they would have done so if I asked ahead of project date. Had my clients invested additional dollars, the crew would have hauled away clippings too. Admin is prompt with returning calls; Bruce is very precise with his estimate. No surprises. Swanson Property & Realty certainly recommends this service.
