Project: Repair Natural Gas or Propane Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
This was the first time that I contact Preferred heating and it was a pleasure working with both Melissa, who set up my appointment; and Daivd who came to the house. Melissa sent me a picture of David, so I knew who was coming ahead of time. He explained what he was looking for and what he found, and what was done. I feel that I got a great deal, and when he left I relieved that I contacted this company!! I highly recommend this company, they are top notch and very professional!!

Preferred was great. They were responsive and the technician that came out, David, was personable, professional, thorough and knew what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was there less than an hour and had the AC back up and running. I will hang on to their number and will call them anytime I have HVAC issues.

The service representative, Dave, and the schedule manager, Melissa, were very helpful. The staff and crew were very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt, and efficient. Though my A/C issue is not fixed as I write this (parts ordered), I feel compelled to provide prospective customer's with a positive result. 3-years ago another company (closer to my home) replaced both A/C units. I expressed concerns even into this season to the new owner (TLC). No results from the company that took my money - at all. I explained my dilemma in more detail than here and Melissa called me back so fast. She was very thorough, had all of the details correct (amazing) thus when Brad and Dave came to my home little was left to explain. Both Brad & Dave know their business. I definitely recommend based on today's experience!
