I suspected my air conditioner was on its last legs and having that been confirmed by the inspecting technician and after evaluating my options, my decision to replace it. The helpful advice and options offered me by the inspecting technician Fredy and the excellent work by the installation person Carl actually made this a pleasant experience. Everyone I dealt with was professional and did an outstanding job. If I every need of this kind of service again I will call A&A.

This was for a rental property. They arrived when scheduled, were not able to repair the existing system, but scheduled a return visit with a new system and were able to get it installed before the last ice storm. Renter reports that it is working great.

This is a highly recommended, fantastic company that has helped me on many occassions with A/C, heating, water heater, refrigeration and plumbing repairs as well as installing a ladder that leads to the attic, adding recessed lighting, ceiling fans and even remodeling! They are indeed dependable, especially in emergency situations. I have recommended A & A Electric to many people and have received positive responses.. Thank you Mike and Ruth for the fantastic service!

Project: Repair Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System
The root cause of the issue with my furnace took 4 visits and multiple replacements of a "symptomt" parts. However, Technician Mike was flexible in working with my tenents and communicating with me while I was at work and not present for the repairs. He returned multiple times with no additional charge until he was able to isolate the root cause. All parts were under my manufacturer warranty but I found the labor price for the initial replacement to be high. However, I have no reason to believe it would have been less expensive with anyone else and he did not charge for the return trips and time spent on multiple replacements. While fixing my tenant's unit, he also agreed to access my unit (in the access of my half of the duplex) by waling across the attic since I was unable to be present at that time. This helped me save a separate service trip to do a seasonal checkup on my unit. However, when he said, he could bypass the thermostat, I assumed he meant he could unplug the wire from the unit. What I found instead was that he spliced into the wire and then patched int back together which I found to be sloppy. Not entirely pleased, but probably about as good as it gets.
