They were great about answering questions and finishing the work long after normal business hours.

Arrived 90 minutes late and then sat in truck for 10 minutes until I gave up waiting and walked out to curb to ask if he was planning on coming in. He waved me off (appeared to be just sitting in truck killing time) and finally came in 5 minutes later. Simple job, lift metal flange and swop out same size dome attic fan for new solar fan I had purchased. Normal 30 min job took 2 hrs. 10 minute call to determine cost, 10 minute to take other call 10 minute call to office after he inserted new fan upside down and had to redo Used 4 screws through MIDDLE of shingle to hold shingles down. No adhesive used under shingles. When I complained about possible water leaking or lifting of shingles in a storm he dabbed WHITE silicone on dark BROWN shingles. I said I was not happy with service and still concerned that roof would leak or shingles lift in storm. I asked him to provide an invoice the I would pay once I could test area with hose. He refused to provide invoice, stating he would not leave until I paid by cash or check.

No work was performed. We were given an estimate for the repair. I think the estimate is high. The rep found the problem and is the first of three to pin point what needed to be done. If we can get the funds, I would have this company perform the repair. It was refreshing to have someone who knew what they were doing.

The company responded quickly to our service call. However, we found the initial estimate for installing two attic fans pricey. After settling that issue, the new fans were installed in less time than estimated. The technician, in writing up the agreement, changed the terms of the warranty from one year to six months. This issue, also was resolved quickly and professionally and a new agreement was delivered to our house. We were left with the feeling that we should not have had to deal with these issues and so, going forward, we would not use this company again.

Our A/C went out about 10PM on a Sunday night and they had someone at our house within the hour. We were very impressed that they were prompt and knowledgeable about our Heat Pump and fixed it without just trying to sell us a new unit. Job was finished quickly and not as expensive as we had been told by other companies. These guys are our new Heat and A/C company.

After the diagnostic, Mike - the tech, gave me a run down on pricing. He told me I needed a "booster kit" and quoted $262 for the part and $130 for install (in addition to the $49 service call). He also recommended a 20AMP circuit breaker with a cost of $170 + $20 install. I told him I bought circuit breakers in the past and they were under $10 and he said I was paying "extra" for a 5-year warranty. I declined on it. Before he left, I asked for the bad part, and searched the part online, and found price from $10-$40 online. Another local company offered it for $49 + $150 install.
