Came on time. Two men worked hard, took care to protect my carpet and kept busy until finsidhed. There was some confusion as to work the thermostate with the boiler, but got it at thened. There also small leak that also found the source and fix it.

Installers came to install a new furnace, arriving on time promised, took all debris and made sure furnace worked correctly before leaving. Very polite, knowledgeable and efficient installers. Paperwork for DTE energy rebate was also handled by Pritchard. Would definitely recommend this company for heating/cooling.

I was recommended to Pritchard Heating last year by an experienced real estate broker that I dealt with for one of the commercial properties that I manage. I had 3 companies come to my house for price quotes to replace my 1976 furnace and AC unit. Pritchard definately gave me the best price and that was with name brand Lennox equipment. The installation was done very well and on time also. I would highly recommend them!

Pritchard-Wilson did exactly what they said they would do. Jim Crain took the time to learn our needs and took initiative to help us get what we needed w/o breaking the bank. Kevin, lead install went well out of his way to get the job done in the time allowed. He enjoys his job and it shows. He was even early!! How many times does that happen with a contractor?

There was no supervision. Poor installation, home owner spent 2 hours with the installer to correct the issues before the inspector returned. Simply the installers need to accuire some craftmanship.
