These people were great to work with, from Sean the salesguy to the installers and schedulers. They were quiet, fast, very fast and never even took breaks. They cleaned every single bit of dust and dirt up, and built me a lovely bay window. The only little glitch was when installing the basement windows, they seemed a bit small for the space. It led my brother to wonder if the measurements were correct as there was a pretty large space when they were first set in. Maybe they are all like that to allow for shims and corrections. Very professional company, great workers.

Project: Install or Replace Sliding Doors
I thought they where professional, quick approx. 90 mins from start to finish, cleaned up after themselves. I'm quite pleased with my new door, and the manner in which the men did there jobs.

Project: New Windows - Multiple
We needed to replace about 9 single pane windows in a 1933 home that had beautiful wood trim and wanted to keep the traditional look of the home. Ray came in from Procraft and showed us many options and advised us on the pros and cons of the many windows they represent. We selected a tri-pane low-E window and he assured us that the installers would take great care to not damage the wood trim in the house. We couldn't be more pleased and the windows are great. The noise from outside is almost non-existent and they look beautiful. We would definatley recommend Procraft, not the cheapest, but if quality is what your looking for this is it.

2 months ago I had 8 "Plygem" brand windows installed in my house by Procraft. The salesman was very dishonest The salesman showed a Premium window in his demonstration. He only had a brochure for Premium windows. In the sales contract, he put in the model #, not if it was Premium or Professional windows. I told him I wanted to keep the Premium window brochure so I could show future buyers of my house when I sell - and he chuckled to himself. They installed the Professional series windows. The Professional windows are OK. I think the installers did a good job. I hope the good installation will compensate for the lesser quality windows.
Response by Procraft Industries: This customer is confused. He was shown the Pro-Series sample window. Our reps were not issued Premium Series samples, as they have very limited application. Yes he was out of Pro-Series brochures, but I dont feel this warrants such a poor review. This rep has been with us 15 years and is very honest and professional. -G. Swanson, Pres

Project: Install or Replace Sliding Doors
They sold us exactly what products we wanted, not what they wanted to sell us. Other vendors would not sell us a "pet" door. Procraft has an excellent pet door slider door, which we purchased. The sales person, was thoughtful, and not "pushy",. Really appreciate the references notebook, that actually had someone I knew listed in it! Did not give them a full 5 star rating on value, as I believe all of the window products are way too expensive!

Project: New Windows - Multiple
They were very helpful, worked with us to pick the right product that we wanted verses other that wanted to give us cookie cutter solutions. Was only 4 weeks from order to install. All 5 windows including sliding glass door were installed in less then 4 hours by 2 man crew. Very clean install, no waste or debris left. Price was slightly higher than our average request, but feel the windows and the installation were well worth it.
