I was very impressed with the committment/passion that Pro Restoration had to helping me with my problem. I needed a very quick turnaround from assessing the problem, getting the insurance companies buy in and getting the work done. Pro Restoration was by my side for the insurance inspection and significanly asssited in getting the cost of repairs covered. Also although busy committed to me that same week to get the work done on that following saturday. Saturday got rained out and the work could not get done. However they new I needed the work done for monday morning and commited with a full crew to get the job done on Sunday!
