The contractor was low bidder on repair, resurfacing, repair and sealcoatin of asphalt driveways and paths. He negotiates in good faith, answers all questions regarding processes, materials, costs, equipment ownership, licenses, staffing, references, insurance, schedules, rain policies, and sources of materials. Work has not yet started, so quality, service, and value cannot be judged. A due dilgence review in 2012 showed no history of BBB or MHIC complaints, no liens or civil or criminal actions against the company or the owners - in short a good company.
