I was extremely impressed with Shawn's work and glad I hired him after my previous experiences with Mr Rooter where they had to make NINE trips to my house to have a bath shower and sink working. Shawn worked quickly and gave me a very fair estimate which was half what my previous plumbers charged me. I have already recommended Shawn to several family members and will also recommend him to several of my co-workers. My father is also going to recommend Shawn to several of his co-workers as well. outstanding work!!! Shawn is now my plumber and loaded into my contacts.

Shawn called me within an hour of my Home Advisor request and arranged a weekend appointment which was convenient for me. He arrived at the planned time and was in and out within 30 minutes. The problem turned out to be a simple fix to the shower which was leaking. It involved cutting a hole in the wall. He did a neat job and left it in such a manner that I can easily install an access panel. He only charged me for a service call as no materials were involved. I highly recommend this plumber.

Professional Plumbing Solutions provided excellent work and great customer service! They were easily reached for contact, and when they were on the job our plumber was polite and focused on the task at hand. I needed two toilets installed and a faucet replaced in a bathroom. He answered all of my questions and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. PPS also offers a 180 day warranty, which is very nice. Five stars!

Shawn did a great job, my repair was not complicated but it did require an experienced plumber to fix it right. (Another company had already suggested an inadequate fix!) Shawn fixed it, gave me a guarantee on the repair, and actually reduced the price of his original bid. Work was completed on his first visit. Will definitely use him again. We have a 20+ year old house, our plumbing is about to need several updates!
