Project: Install Ceramic or Porcelain Tile
We hired Projex to replace the tile and install a new faucet in out main bathroom. Mistake was made on first day by not changing the depth of install for the new valve. Not realized until I put the trim on after all the tile was installed. Owner refused to fix it saying it was "within tolerance". Faucet looks nothing like any of the pictures we have seen of it. He left our home with the mud still wet telling me I had to sand it. All that knowing that we had 2 solid leads for him if we were happy with his work. Project was mismanaged, manpower/tools/time. Job ran over by 1 1/2 days - 4 1/2 total. not finished to our satisfaction by a longsot.

Proposed an innovative solution to my problem, at a much lower cost than other contractors I talked to. Seems to be working and I saved a lot of money.

Bob came out right away and the work was finished in four days. i was a bit disappointed witht he clean up. he left the scrapped off paint chips near the hours and he used one of our tarps we had left out and got paint over most of it. the work was good though.

Couldn't be more happy with the work. The only negative would be that it was a little slower than I prefer, but the work was so good that this trumped over that issue and already have them schedule to do a couple more projects. Truly goes above and beyond to make the customer happy and it's obvious that a great finished project is what he is after!
